The Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Orchestra conducted by maestro Ion Marin inaugurates the 2024 Arezzo Concert Season, the program of events promoted by the Guido d'Arezzo Foundation and the Municipality of Arezzo with the direction artistic work by Giovanni Andrea Zanon and the support of the Ministry of Culture. The program includes the Symphony in D major K. 504 Prague by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, a reference point for the late Haydn, Beethoven and the young Schubert, and the Symphony n. 4 in F minor op. 36 Pëtr Il'ič Čajkovskij which the author himself described, until the last years of his life, as "one of my favourite creatures".
